Dear People,
I just want you all to know that I have safely received the HiCool and I am
extremely pleased: with the unit as well as your special attention and excellent service!
I have been running it for several days and it is absolutely unlike any other cooler I have ever tried. It is quiet, efficient, lightweight and yet has the most amazing range for what you call the "air-throw"----both in distance from the unit and in the breadth of the air-flow particularly on in"swing" mode. It's elegant looking too and I love the that the air comes out higher off the ground at body level where you really need it. So many others have a narrow column of air down near your knees... What good is that?!
The power with which it circulates the air makes it easier to breathe in warm weather where the air often beco mes still and "stale." Best of all the HiCool REALLY cools! The way the unit circulates the water to saturate the media is so much more effective than others they shouldn't even in the same category as the Symphony coolers. I am delighted that I followed up with an inquiry with you, Madhu, and went ahead and got the unit. I couldn't be happier!
I may very well be wanting another down the line and I'm quite sure that others I know would be most interested in having one themselves.

Dear Sir,
It to inform you that I had purchased Symphony Kaizen Air Cooler 8 yrs back at the occasion of 10th anniversary of Symphony Coolers. You will be happy to note that since the year of purchase the cooler has not been repaired except annual cleaning/ changing of straw pads of side panels. The cooler is giving good performance till date.
Having influenced with the performance of the cooler I have purchased the latest model of Symphony cooler “Winter” for the forth coming summer season. I hope this will also give best performance.
